By using TidyBnB ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What the service does

TidyBnB syncs an Airbnb booking calendar and sends WhatsApp cleaning reminders to contacts you choose, at times you configure. It's provided as a convenience tool for hosts managing turnover cleaning.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of the property, calendar, and contact information you enter.
• Before adding someone's phone number as a contact, you confirm you have their permission to receive WhatsApp messages from this service on your behalf.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You won't use the service for any unlawful purpose or to send unsolicited messages.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all — delivery depends on third-party services (Airbnb's calendar feed, Meta's WhatsApp platform) outside our control. Don't rely on it as your sole method of coordinating time- sensitive cleaning.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TidyBnB and its operator aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed or delayed cleaning reminders.

Account termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
